What does a normal personal training session look like?

No personal training session is ever exactly the same. They are individually catered to your unique goals, and will target the most efficient way to achieve them.

How long does a personal training session last?

Personal training sessions last for 45 minutes, excluding a warm-up and cool-down, which you can complete outside of our session, in order to maximize your time with me.

I have never been to a gym before, is personal training a good way to start?

Absolutely! Gyms can be a daunting experience if you have never been before, but they don’t have to be. A personal trainer can ease the transition and make it a fun and pleasant experience. It may even plant the seed to grow your confidence and knowledge to take independent action towards your goals also.

What is the cost of a personal training session?

Book in for a free personal training consultation and we can chat about costs. But I think the real question you should be asking yourself is “what price do you put on your health and well-being”?

Do I need my own gear?

Absolutely not! All you need is the confidence to show up and take your first step towards making change. A drink bottle to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe up your hard work is recommended though.
