What does a normal BOOTY CAMP session look like?

No BOOTY CAMP session is ever exactly the same. They are tailored to the unique needs and goals of women, and will target the most efficient way to achieve them.

How long does a BOOTY CAMP session last?

BOOTY CAMP sessions last between 45-60 mins. A warm-up prior to the start time is preferable to get the most out of your session.

What days and times are the BOOTY CAMP sessions?

TUESDAYS at 6pm

FRIDAYS at 6am

Why is it better to work out in a group? 

Not only are you more motivated to get out of bed and exercise, but there's the motivation to improve your current fitness level. You will be surrounded by a group of empowering ladies with similar goals. Who knows you may even make a lifelong friend.

Why are your BOOTY CAMP sessions tailored to women?

Women are not small men! They have different metabolic rates, hormones and muscular development, therefore need to be trained differently. I take all of these differences and needs into account when designing each session, which means you are in good hands!

I have never been to a BOOTY CAMP session before, will I be okay?

Absolutely! Booty Camp sessions can be enjoyed by beginners through to experienced exercisers. With my expertise, any exercise can be modified to cater for different abilities or injuries. But best of all, on the Booty Camp app there are free tutorial videos on all most all of the common foundational exercises that are included in sessions, so you can practise until your heart is content

What is the cost of a BOOTY CAMP session?
